New Haven’s got that nice char to them I personally don’t mind char most of us will actually pick at burnt pizza my dad always takes home any leftover burnt pies cause it will happen from time to time. Now in Connecticut there doing way more char than this especially at Sally’s, I’m not sure folks around here can handle that much char again for me either or I’m happy with light cook normal cook or extra well done don’t matter to me it all tastes good.

Thin. Crispy. Well done. 🍕🔥

I don’t say this lightly—our Trenton Tomato Pie might be the best pizza I’ve ever made in this style. That crisp crust, tomato flavor, and char make every bite worth it.

If you love the thin, crispy, well-done pizza Dave Portnoy looks for, this is a MUST TRY.

Got inspired from a recent visit to New York City by a sandwich shop called All’Antico Vinaio if you have been there drop it in the comments . Although this is not on the menu my friend Joseph and I put this beautiful sandwich together and thought I would share with you guys.

I put this pizza 🍕 on the menu a couple weeks ago and honestly no one was ordering it so I figured it was a dud but I forgot to take it off the online orders a week later orders started coming in so I’m like ok I forgot to take it off but guess I’ll just leave it on . I tell you what it’s starting to move I’m almost out of a case of Calabrian chili’s I had to order more lol . It is very delicious I mean you can’t go wrong with chicken cutlets, vodka sauce, Calabrian, mozzarella and hot honey 🍯. Has anybody tried to let me know your opinion opinions on the people that have ordered it?.
