🥩🔥 Hot Springs is bringing the HEAT back to the Road to Indy! 🔥🥩

The Spa City Steak Showdown 2026 returns to Hot Springs, Arkansas on June 6, marking the 6th year of Steak Cookoff Association action in Spa City and another chance for competitors to punch their ticket to the World Food Championships! 🏆

Hosted once again at Champion Christian College, this year’s event promises an even better experience for cooks, judges, and fans alike.

Even better? This event continues to cook for a cause, with proceeds supporting two incredible organizations: the Savannah Walters Memorial Foundation for Childhood Cancer and Ashes to Life. ❤️

There’s still time to sign up, sharpen those steak skills, and join the action in Hot Springs. We’ll see you on the Road to Indy! 🔥

Happy Saturday! We Are Open 11am - 9pm!

👉To clarify and to clear up continued confusion as to who We are.

We Are Brady Mtn! We Are Safe Harbor Brady Mountain ! We Are the Restaurant for Brady Mtn! We Are The Brady Mtn Grill, operating as the in a Food Trailer/ Truck. We have been doing so as they are building OUR New Restaurant here at Brady Mtn. Once the Restaurant Opens, we will No Longer be Operating out of a Food Trailer/ Truck because We (The Grill Crew & hopefully several others) will be operating at our New Brady Mtn Restaurant and carrying on our 72 year Tradition. We cooked offsite the past two Falls/ Winters/ Springs to Spread the Good Word of Brady Mtn Food and to help draw folks to the Lake during the Summer and to our new Restaurant once it is ready to open next Spring.
I hope this clears any confusion.
