Menu features many organic ingredients free of soy, gluten, refined or processed foods. All items are soy and gluten free except sprouted grain lavash option, which we have a substitute for. We are almost completely raw, featuring 2 cooked soups daily (winter) and some cooked grain salads (quinoa, rice). A plethora of amazing raw desserts which are made using low glycemic sweeteners, no cane sugar.

Greetings Folks ✨

Some weekend information for you ~ we are inside of Arts Beats & Eats festival grounds, so it does make it a little more challenging to get to us! Curbside is available for today, after today, fences go up and you will no longer be able to access Center Street.

The Center street parking structure will remain open and available for use!

We will be open on Friday, normal hours 9am-4pm and Closed Saturday- Monday.

Aka ✨Zoodles✨

Raw spiraled zucchini noodles, shredded rainbow carrots, garlic walnuts, turmeric garbanzo beans, grape tomatoes, English cucumber and spinach with fresh basil and chickpea miso dressing and always topped with a rotation of sprouts from our local sprout and wheatgrass farmer 🥹

We may be taking the zoodles off of our everyday menu 💔 we have variations of zucchini pasta salads that we run as specials, and this one is going to end up in that rotation ✨

We love summer around here so we are holding onto every bit of warmth and sunshine 😌

The Grilled Burrito has been a hard one to take off the specials menu, we love it, you love it. It’s turning into a staple around here!

Roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, quinoa, cashew nacho cheese, red onion, jalapeño and romaine lettuce all grilled up on a whole wheat tortilla, with chips, salsa and cashew cream…. YUM. It’s also quite the large burrito 🌯

If you haven’t had it yet, we might be giving it a little break from the specials menu to make room for other things, but we are stocked for the weekend 😌🫶

Our weekend special 🚨

This is slightly different from our usual offering because it is sppicccyyy 🌶️ so if you’re a spice lover like myself, I definitely recommend coming to try this while we have it! It’s absolutely delicious, Adam did an amazing job, as usual 🙌

This has cremini mushrooms, spanish onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli all mixed in a rich house made bulgogi sauce with pineapple, ginger, garlic sesame, tamari, & siracha, all over a bed of rice and topped with fresh scallion and sesame seeds 🥹
