Following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, Joe Fowler's managing the local Roy staple that's meant so much to his family and community over the past six decades. Founded in 1956, Burger Bar has been around for as long as locals can remember. Serving up American favorites that come out as fresh as they do fast, our locally sourced menu includes more than just your standard burger. Though we're known for our classic Big Ben burger, we also have more exotic items like our Buffalo and Elk Burgers. And we've got a variety of specialty shakes, floats, and sundaes to pair with your meal, too.

October’s meat of the month is our Mountain Man burger! It’s a 1/3 lb patty made of elk, venison, antelope, buffalo, and boar. Made with our aioli steak sauce, lettuce, and pickle. As always, comes with a large fry.

Also available now are our seasonal sweet potato fries! Due to limited fryer space, they are not, however, available during our Friday night and Saturday night dinner rushes (5p-8p). See you soon!!

I need to make a correction! We do not yet have coconut cream pie shakes. We will have that flavor in a couple weeks. We do currently have (for a limited time) peach cobbler, Pina colada, pumpkin, and bubblegum.

Exotic meat for September is GOAT! It’s a 1/3 lb patty made with fresh mozzarella, balsamic pesto sauce, sautéed onions and garden tomatoes all on our Ben bun. One of our favorites! 😋

And we now have, for a limited time, Pina colada shakes and coconut cream pie shakes! See you soon!!

Happy 4th of July, Utah!! ❤️🤍💙🎇 🎊 Come celebrate our nation’s birth by trying our July meat of the month: Texas longhorn!! It’s a 1/3 pound patty fixed with cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, mayo, crispy fried onions, lettuce, and pickles all on our Ben bun. As always, comes with a large fry. Come try this employee favorite!!
