It is with great sadness we share the passing of one of our great cooks, Ricky Landrum. Ricky, aka Landrum or Big Ricky was a dedicated employee for 15 years. Ricky brought lots of laughs to every work day. He always had a joke, a funny comment or a story that would make you laugh. His favorite prank was doctoring cooks and bus boys drinks with vinegar, pepper or hot sauce. He loved watching the reactions, the best was when the prank was reciprocated on him. Looking after the steakhouse, in true family style, he was never afraid to tell you to “get to work”. He was laid back and never let too much ruffle his feathers. Landrum left us with many fond memories and if we can remember what he modeled for us, don’t sweat the small stuff and make sure you laugh multiple times a day. Thank you Big Ricky for making your steakhouse family laugh. Continue to keep our work family in your prayers as we navigate our loss. We appreciate your patience as we fill the void in our hearts and behind the grill.
