Meet some of our Lighthouse Leaders at Chick-fil-A of Roxboro! 💡🐮❤️

In our Lighthouse Leadership Program there is a group of 14 & 15-year-old Team Members who are learning life skills that extend far beyond the restaurant. Through monthly leadership sessions, they'll explore topics like goal setting, time management, communication, teamwork, and personal growth.

We believe leadership starts with intentional growth, and we're excited to invest in this incredible group as they develop into confident leaders. We can't wait to share more of their journey with you and watch them shine! 🌟❤️
