Looking for a fun twist on chicken salad? This recipe came about using extra filling from our stuffed bacon cheeseburger meatballs!!! : pan seared chicken, chilled and diced, mixed with avocado mayo, uncured bacon, spicy dill pickles, red onion, 3 pepper Colby jack cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning blend. 😋
