🎶 There’s something special about hearing a songwriter share a song they created themselves.

Earle Nelson joined us at the Sociedad Open Mic on August 20th, mixing a familiar favorite with his original songs “Home Away From Home” and “Driving Home.” ❤️🎸

That’s exactly what we want this stage to be—a place where local musicians can share what they’ve been creating, connect with other artists, and let new people discover their music.

Come be part of it every 1st & 3rd Thursday in Downtown Round Rock! 🎤✨

Three songs. Three completely different stories. ❤️🎶

Brie Hopkins shared three originals at the Sociedad Open Mic: “That Wasn’t Yours to Take,” “County to County,” and “Lay It Down.”

There’s something vulnerable—and incredibly rewarding—about taking a song that once existed only in your head, your notebook, or your living room and putting it on a stage for strangers to hear. ✨

That’s a huge part of why we’re building this open mic: we want musicians to have somewhere to CREATE, experiment, connect with each other, get noticed in the community, and turn those connections into real opportunities.

Your song deserves somewhere to be heard. 🎤❤️

Join us every 1st & 3rd Thursday in Downtown Round Rock!
