A Message from Chef John and the Jade Panda Family:
After a lot of thought, the time has come to close the doors at our Rothschild location.
This is not the end of the story. It is the end of one chapter.
When I opened Jade Panda, it was a dream built for my family and a tribute to my mother. What I did not expect was how many of you would become part of that family too. You came in for quick lunches. You brought your kids. You sat through our Sake Dinners and let me cook for you. You learned our story and you told your friends. You showed a Filipino fusion kitchen in Central Wisconsin more love than I ever could have imagined.
I am not saying goodbye. I am saying see you soon.
The dream is not going anywhere. It is just changing shape. There are new things on the horizon, and when the time is right, you will be the first to know.
