Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro is a great Local Roswell hangout. Serving lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. We offer wine tasting daily, stop in!

Now offering a full service bar, domestic beer and a wide variety of wine labels in addition to New Mexican craft beer & wine. Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro operates two small vineyards in Chaves County. We primarily grow Cabernet, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. We love New Mexico and want to share all of its great wines with you. We exclusively only sell reatail New Mexico Wines, New Mexico beers, and New Mexican distilled spirits. Our bar now offers in house service of spirits, domestic beer, and variety wine labels in addition to NM craft beer and wine. We retails wines from:
