We may often post our drinks, but don’t forget we also serve some pretty delicious food!!🤩🌯 Here’s a few items, plus so much more that is not shown here!

In this order:
The breakfast croissant -a flaky, buttery, toasted croissant with cheddar cheese, bacon and 2 scrambled eggs!

The green chile turkey panini -A sandwhich on wheat bread, including mustard, pepper jack cheese, diced red peppers, chopped green chile, 3 turkey slices, spring mix and panini pressed to perfection!

The Acai Bowl -A blend of frozen Acai, frozen blueberries, banana, honey, coconut water, and ice. Topped with chopped bananas, strawberries, our house-made granola, and finally, Honey!

The croissant BLT (+pepper jack) -A toasted flaky croissant with mayonnaise, bacon, tomato, spring mix, and salt+pepper! The blt does not typically come with cheese but this person added some pepper jack!

The Breakfast Panini -A breakfast sandwhich on sourdough bread, with a slice of Cheddar cheese, a slice of Monterrey Jack cheese, 3 slices of ham, 2 scrambled eggs, spring mix, and panini pressed!

The veggie wrap -a wrap in a large chipotle tortilla, with our house made hummus, mozzarella cheese, red peppers, green chile, tomatoes, spring mix, spinach, and finally topped with our house made pesto vinaigrette!

The Breakfast Burrito -And finally, arguably the most popular food item on the menu! Made in a chipotle tortilla, includes cheddar cheese, bacon, green chile, 2 scrambled eggs, rolled and panini pressed to perfection, and served with a side of salsa!

Come by and try some of our favorite food items, everything on the menu is available all day! You won’t regret it🤭

Wondering what the trailer in our back patio is for? The satellite program! ❤️ This is a partnership with CASAKIDS and Stellar Coffee Co. This is a job skills program ran by at risk youth in our community, they also run the night shifts here at stellar coffee co! Come and stop by ! ☺️

Y’all absolutely loved our line dancing class last week, so…we’re doing it again!!! We had such a great turn out last time, we now have to limit the spots we have, rsvp is highly recommended, however we do have room for 10 spots that are first come first serve, rsvp with kaitlyn at (575) 914-5035
