It is with a heavy heart that Conner and I have decided to close Cherried Mary’s Ice Cream Parlor permanently. We have made the difficult decision to prioritize our breakfast and lunch restaurant, Gracious Plenty, our new regenerative farm, Dandelion Daze Farm and our family. When we opened Gracious Plenty back in 2018, it was pre-baby and pre-COVID. These two major events have remolded the hopes and dreams of Conner and I. We love being in our hometown, we love our regulars, we love making an impact and we love giving Roswell what it wants. But the honest truth is, we overstretched ourselves. We needed to remember what was really important and in this stage of our lives that is creating a proper foundation for Gracious Plenty, establishing Dandelion Daze Farm and cultivating our personal family unit. We understand that Cherried Mary’s closing will be very disappointing for some and we sincerely apologize. Our hopes are that we can refocus on Gracious Plenty and continue to serve Roswell the way we know how! We have exciting things on the horizon such as a new GP @ Night service coming this Thursday and a whole slew of farm centered events from visits to classes to AirBNB experiences! We greatly appreciate all the support you all continue to give us. It is your continued support and trust that allows Conner, myself and our team to push through and onto bigger and better things. We cannot wait to share our next chapter with you all. Here’s to hard decisions and crispy hash browns!
