🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨 Beans 🫘 are out 👀☕️. WE ARE BRINGING THE PALETA BAR BACK TO THE COMMUNITY 😉. So…. We moved to Roswell September 2020 in obedience to God. Not with a plan but trusting His assignment. Opened up our cafe in faith with zero retail/cafe experience. Funny thing was we turned a dying yogurt 🍦 bar into a coffee shop. Long story short, yeah we closed our north location behind Wendy’s. Just had it in our heart and made business sense on the location as we are focusing on our south drive thru and roasting our very own NM Roasting Co. coffee ☕️ beans 🫘. We were BLESSED with the opportunity to be franchise owners of The Paleta Bar Roswell, NM 😇. A local family of 6 living right here in Roswell America 🇺🇸. We survived the huge flood, go to church here, spend locally, pour into local non-profits, sponsor, participate in local events, sit in local boards, and so on. Just blessed to be a blessing and excited to bring The Paleta Bar back to life here for our community to enjoy. We will serve our top 8 Energy🥤& Coffee ☕️ drinks along with the Paleta’s we all love ❤️. Oh yeah, South Roswell will have a limited Paleta selection soon too 👀. North to South Roswell WE GOT YOU🥰 Serving with our root verse you find on our cans Galatians 5:13 “Through love serve one another” and we look forward to serving you soon! “Locally Roasted, Locally Loved.”
