🚧🚜👏 HUGE shoutout to the amazing team at Vern Nagel Inc.! 👏🚜🚧

Family-owned ❤️, hardworking 💪, professional 👷, kind 🤝, and the type of people who simply show up every day and get things done. We’ve had a front-row seat watching this crew work through rain 🌧️, heat ☀️, mud 🏗️, traffic 🚗, and everything else Ohio can throw at them.

What may be even more impressive is how professionally they’ve handled the sudden explosion of Facebook engineers 📐, highway designers 🛣️, architects 🏛️, excavators 🚜, traffic experts 🚦, and construction managers 👷‍♂️ who seem to clock in every evening from the comfort of their recliners. The patience required for that alone deserves a gold medal. 🏅😂

Our staff stopped by today with a little treat 🍪🥤 to say thank you. And yes… before the rumors start… it was completely NON-ALCOHOLIC. 🍪🥤😇 Apparently operating heavy equipment after three margaritas 🍹🍹🍹 is still frowned upon, even if a Facebook expert says it’s perfectly fine. 😂

Thank you to everyone at Vern Nagel Inc. for your hard work 💪, positive attitude 😎, and for helping improve our community ❤️🏗️.

We’re pretty sure when this project wraps up, all the Facebook highway engineers 🛣️, construction experts 🚜, and traffic consultants 🚦 will go back to being doctors 🩺, meteorologists 🌪️, economists 📈, and professional complainers 😆.

🚧🚜☕💪🎉 Huge shoutout to our awesome neighbors at Rossford Nutrition! 🎉💪☕🚜🚧

Despite the Facebook engineers, traffic experts, conspiracy theorists, and people convinced the roundabout has cut Rossford off from civilization 🌎🚫😂, Rossford Nutrition is OPEN and ridiculously easy to get to! 🚗➡️🅿️

Simply pull into the former Fifth Third Bank lot right next door and park just a few feet from their front door. No helicopter 🚁, kayak 🛶, mule 🫏, treasure map 🗺️, or special state-issued travel permit required. 😆

Stop in for loaded teas 🧋⚡, protein shakes 🥤💪, energy drinks ⚡🔥, and some of the friendliest service around 😊👏.

What’s been amazing during this project is seeing so many people continue to support ALL of the outstanding local businesses in Rossford. 🏪❤️🍀 The people who have somehow cracked the complicated code of reading a giant orange DETOUR sign 🚧➡️🤓 have had absolutely no problem getting where they want to go.

Even better, we’ve seen some old-fashioned kindness out on the roads. 🚗🤝🚗 People pulling over to let others through, waving people ahead, showing patience, and generally acting like decent human beings. Imagine that. A community working together to solve a minor inconvenience instead of turning it into a five-part Facebook documentary. 😂

Now, to be fair, we’ve also encountered the occasional angry lunatic 🤬🚙💨 who appears to believe traffic cones are a personal attack. Fortunately, our security cameras 📹🍿 have been collecting some absolute Hall of Fame footage that may need its own highlight reel when the project is finished. Stay tuned. 😆

In the meantime, thank you to the people who look for solutions instead of problems, facts instead of rumors, and ways to help others instead of reasons to complain. You make Rossford a great place to live, work, and do business. ❤️👏

🇺🇸 VETERANS EAT FREE EVERY MONDAY IN JUNE & JULY WITH THE PURCHASE OF A BEVERAGE! 🇺🇸

What a great start to this program!

Last Monday, more than 50 of our nation’s heroes stopped by Danny’s Café and enjoyed a free lunch. Seeing so many veterans gathering together, sharing stories, and enjoying a meal was exactly what we hoped this program would accomplish.

If you served our country, we’d be honored to serve you.

Simply present a valid military ID and receive a free meal from our special Veterans Menu with the purchase of a beverage.

🚗 Parking is better than ever during construction! We have more than 350 free parking spaces behind the Rossford Recreation Center, and it’s less than a one-minute walk to our front door. Turns out reading the big orange detour signs is still a valuable life skill. 😎

Thank you to all veterans for your service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country. We look forward to seeing you this Monday.
