Starting TODAY, every pie at Skinny Pizza is made on our sourdough crust.
So why sourdough? It’s made slowly fermented with a live starter instead of commercial yeast.
That slow ferment is what people love about it: it breaks down some of the gluten and starches, which tends to make it lighter and easier on your stomach than regular dough.
You also get that signature crispier bite, and a crust made with simpler, more natural ingredients.
