A sneak peak from our last class! We have just a couple spots left for the New Years class! In the New Years Class on Friday at 5 you will….

Kick off the new year with a pastry class designed to teach beautiful, achievable skills you can use at home. You’ll learn to fill, glaze, and decorate a variety of desserts while exploring classic pastry techniques in a creative, hands-on setting. From piping perfect cream puffs to mastering a mirror glaze, you’ll leave with confidence, a box of sweets, and a few new tricks up your sleeve.

Students will rotate through stations including, but not limited to:
• Piping techniques and how to fill cream puffs or eclairs
• Glazing and decorating tarts or mousse cakes
• Assembling and garnishing individual plated-style desserts

We spent a week in Mexico celebrating my 27th birthday and I couldn’t be more grateful. I have such a beautiful life surrounded by incredible people. This past year has brought so much growth and I’m truly proud of how far I’ve come. The silver lining of the fire at the beginning of last year was that it completely shifted my mindset with the bakeries and pushed me to grow in ways I never would have expected, I’m super excited for everything we have coming. 🩷🥐
