⚠️You may have noticed lately that driving on Hamline Ave near our shop has felt a little bit like a game of Subway Surfer. We thank you for your patience with this traffic project (that we have no control over) and are happy to report that the road will remain open throughout.

BUT the good news is that when the project is completed, there will be new pathway on our side of the street, making it easier to walk and bike between us, County Road C, and Autumn Grove Park!👩‍🦽🚶‍♂️🧑‍🦯👨‍🦼‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🚴‍♂️

In Ojibwemowin, this moon is called Ode’imini-giizis, the Strawberry Moon.

This is the time when the first wild berries begin to ripen, marking the start of summer and a season of sweetness, connection, and abundance. The word ode’imin (strawberry) comes from ode’ (heart) and min (berry) the “heart berry.” 💛

This moon reminds us to care for our hearts, our relationships, and the good things growing in our lives.

We are an Ojibwe and q***r-owned coffee shop and community gathering space located at 2805 Hamline Ave N in Roseville, MN. We host monthly book clubs and have a "big free library" for anyone to use. We serve high quality craft beverages and treats in a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
