This past Thursday we had a special guest Daniel Vaughn. When I saw him approaching I had so many feelings it was just a feeling that I cant put into words. I’ve dreamed of this moment and to see it coming to life had me speechless. I was extremely nervous, but yet so honored and calm to have him here trying my food. We had such a great conversation, and overall he was such an amazing knowledgeable guy. This will forever be a moment I will never forget.

For those of you who don’t know who Daniel Vaughn is he is the Author who writes about the Texas Monthly which showcases the Top 50 BBQ spots in Texas along with Honorary Mentions and the Up and coming bbq spots. I do not know what this moment was meant for but What ever happens we are truly honored to have him spend his time visiting us. We look forward to seeing him back for Tex Mex Friday!

If you were coming to see us today we are sorry but we are closed as we have multiple private caterings. We are so thankful for the continuous bookings and appreciate every one of them.

Wonder why we have to do this?
We do not have as many works as others since we are a small family owned business.

We would like to give a big thank you to everyone who continues to support us. This week we sold out everyday!

Supporting a small business like us means the world to us. When we have weeks and days like this it means it’s another opportunity to be able to serve our community.

We are still in the works with the city to get our building up and when we have weeks like this it makes our small business proud because we know we are going to do amazing things when we are fully established with our building.
