With heavy hearts, we want to share that Gelene’s Homemade Ice Cream will be closed this Monday due to a loss in our family.

This is an incredibly difficult time for us, and we are taking this day to be together, to grieve, and to honor someone who meant so much to our lives and to this business. Family has always been at the heart of everything we do, and right now, we need to lean into that more than ever.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and the kindness you always show our shop. Your support truly means the world to us—not just as customers, but as a community that feels like family.

We have an important update to share with our wonderful community. 💛

Due to a family medical emergency, we will need to postpone our seasonal opening of Gelene’s Homemade Ice Cream.

We sincerely apologize to all of our wonderful customers who were planning to visit us for our original opening date. This was not an easy decision, but at this time our family needs our full attention and care.

The good news is we are planning to reopen on March 9th. 🍦 We’re looking forward to welcoming you back with all your favorite homemade ice cream, cones, and hand-spun shakes.
