We are taking a little twist and doing something for the non meat eaters.

ANTON’S MOTHER!
Pan Style Only!
Ratatouille, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, fresh parmesan, garlic butter crust.

Anton Ego is the food critic in the movie Ratatouille. When he comes in to do a food review of the restaurant, he takes a bite of this dish and flashes back to his childhood eating his mothers cooking.

“I don’t like food, I LOVE it! If I don’t love it, I don’t swallow”
