Our Fall Harvest Salad is a big ol’ bowl of the good stuff - greens, carrots, cabbage, crisp local apples, feta, praline pecans, cranberries & pumpkin seeds paired with our house apple c***r vinaigrette. Pro tip - Add a scoop of our chicken salad or roasted chicken breast.

Sweet, crunchy, tangy, a little salty, and just about as fall as it gets around here. 🤎

Our Sausage Gravy Bird’s Nest starts with our soft, fluffy Japanese milk bread, shaped into a cozy little nest and filled with scratch-made sausage gravy from Quicken Farm sausage and melty cheddar.

Well, y’all sure kept us hopping this weekend and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

This was our busiest weekend yet, and we’re mighty grateful for every one of you who came through our doors, pulled up a chair, grabbed a cup of coffee, or carried a little Redbird goodness home.

Our crew is taking the next two days to put our feet up, catch our breath, and get the kitchen back in order. Then we’ll be ready to come back next week and do it all over again!

And with fall (hopefully) settling into the hills, we’ve got a few cozy new menu items headed your way very soon. Stay tuned, friends. 🍂🐦
