Chicken is pressure-cooked then flash-fried in low-cholesterol-soy-bean oil to give you the healthiest fried chicken you can eat. We age our own Ribeye and T-bone steaks, Icelandic codfish (broiled or crispy) & French Fried Shrimp. All dinners are served with our homemade Bean Salad, Cole Slaw, Cottage Cheese, Pickled Beets & our famous Corn Fritter.

Did you know White Fence Farm developed our Corn Fritters in 1954? Corn fritters are included as all you can eat relishes preceding all dine in meals. Included in the carryout dinners and/or sold separately by the dozen. Many have tried and claim to make a knock off version such as a hush puppy, apple fritter or even using the name we invented. We make over 8000 dozen corn fritters a month ( x 11 months) that’s about 1,056,000 corn fritters a year.
