And suddenly it’s been a year since I found her on Facebook. It was already a coffee trailer in Alabama so it was fully equipped two espresso machines, grinder, generator, fully set up and many supplies were included. I just had to personalize it and make it my own.
The process was slow, felt like we were never going to open.
My faith and patience was definitely tested but never gave up so proud.

She’s now up and running💕💕💕

Today we celebrate more than Mexican Independence Day 🇲🇽
We celebrate our roots, our culture our traditions our music our flavors and beautiful pride that comes with being Mexican!

At Fluffy Bites , every cup of coffee and every bite of our mini pancakes is inspired by the flavors we grew up loving and the culture that makes us who we are.

Being a Mexican inspired small business means so much more than serving sweet sips and soft bites - it means sharing a little piece of our culture with every customer, creating memories and celebrating where we come from.

From Our Family to yours , Viva Mexico 🇲🇽
