As I have no set menu and I am willing to try to make that special dish for your special event these are some examples of things I've made in the past:

Mississippi Pot Roast
Crack chicken
Brisket
Pulled pork
Beef Tri Tip
Fireman's BBQ chicken
Chicken marinated in Italian
Dressing
Italian Herb Chicken
Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken in
Cream Sauce
Turkey dinner w/ trimmings
Glazed Ham
Prime Rib
Stuffed Tenderloin
Baked ziti

Sides:
Mac and cheese
Watermelon Salsa
Salt Potatoes
Loaded Mash Potatoes
Pasta w/ Alfredo or Marinara Sauce
Baked Beans
Broccoli Salad
Tossed Salad
Macaroni Salad
Pasta Salad
Potato Salad
Coleslaw

$24 per plate 2 meats 2 sides
$25 per plate 2 meats 3 sides

Ask about price per pan for strictly sides or strictly meats

Per plate prices will change as of January 1st 2027
