Introducing the frozen Sundae, Bloody Sundae! Delicious red velvet blended with sweet cherry and cold coffee concentrate! Topped with whipped cream and a “bloody” cherry sauce! It’s a scream come true! 😈👻🎃

Apologies for the delay but we officially launched our Fall specials on the 1st of October! Our house made pumpkin lattes are baaaaack! We’re still waiting on some ingredients for our Campfire Mocha to come in, as they were on back order, but should be here by the end of the week!

Folks…I’m sorry for the late update. The Seed to Cup seminar is still being held on the FRONT patio tonight at 7pm. Anyone who wants to attend is more than welcome to come! Due to logistics and some bad timing, we won’t be holding the after party but will still be available for questions after the seminar and we’d love to see anyone who wants to, to attend! Also, the 11am and 1pm cuppings will still be held tomorrow and right now we have plenty of open slots, so if anyone would like to attend those, please like, share and comment which time slot you’d like to attend. We will try to accommodate as many as we can. One final bit of information, due to lack of interest we will not be hosting the barista throw down tomorrow night. In a perfect world, i’d have reached out to as many as possible to put this event together, but the timing was just poor on my part and again, I’d like to apologize for that. We’d still love to see all of you attend either the seminar or the cuppings.

Folks, we have something special headed your way! As many know, we’ve partnered with Yield Coffee Roasters for the last 6+ years. Having said that, we’re excited to announce that on Friday, August 28th, we will be hosting a “Cup to Seed” educational seminar. Seating is limited so we’re putting together a Google sign-up form that we will post tonight. The seminar will run from 7pm-8pm, and afterwards we will be taking questions. Then from 8:30pm-10pm we will be hosting a cocktail party where we will have available for purchase, several coffee themed mocktails! Then to take it one step further, on Saturday, August 29th we will be doing two cupping classes. One will be held at 11am and the other at 1pm. There will be a sign-up sheet for that as well, as the two classes will be capped at 12/each. Then on Saturday evening, starting at 5:30pm…we will be hosting a barista throw down! We are hoping to entice our local baristas to join us for an espresso pulling and latte art competition! So calling all local baristas…start practicing your shot pulling and latte art! Each participant will be given a goody bag and street cred for competing. The our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a cash prize along with goody bag and a selection of whole bean coffees from Yield! Stay tuned as we fine tune all the details and make sure to keep checking back as we release more details as the week goes on!! August 28th & 29th is going to be a fun, educational and hands on experience of the likes Rolla has never seen!!

Heads up, baked goods coming Wednesday!

We’re excited to team up with Quail Run Farmstand. Once we get a few weeks of data, we will start offering a different variety of goods! I think this is just a match made in Heaven, and we couldn’t be happier! 🥳🥳🥳

Starting Wednesday you can find some of Quail Run Farmstand’s baked goods at the Giddy Goat Coffee House in Rolla!

I am so happy to be partnering with them. Giddy Goat and I go way back. My best friend and I have been getting coffee there since they opened in 2005. We've been to every location they've called home over the years.

Giddy Goat is Rolla's original coffee shop. They were here before there were coffee shops on every corner, and they've spent more than 20 years serving this town. They have excelled at creating a place where people feel welcome.

One of the things I have always admired about them is how they treat people. As more coffee shops came to town, they were never threatened. They celebrated them. Even when 7 Brew opened right across the street, they stayed kind, positive, and welcoming!

I've never seen them tear anyone down or complain. They have always chosen community. More business coming to Rolla is good for Rolla and the people who live here. They are truly a community first business.

That is exactly the kind of business we want to partner with, and we are honored they want to partner with us too.

Starting Wednesday you can grab a delicious coffee and one of our baked goods at the Giddy Goat.

We're really grateful to be a small part of a place that has meant so much to me and Rolla for so many years.

Happy Monday everyone! First we’d like to congratulate all the Missouri S&T and Rolla High School graduates! Secondly, we’d like to thank everyone for their patronage and patience regarding this past weekend as it was an extremely busy one! Lastly, we will be closing today at 2pm. We will be open normal hours the rest of the week! Again, thank you for a wonderful graduation weekend!
