With the release of Ty Iechyd Da’s Songbird Skylark Gin, our team asked our mixologist at each of our venue locations to come up with their idea of the perfect Skylark cocktail and they did not disappoint!

Our One 2 Five cocktail connoisseurs came up with the beautifully striking and equally as delicious Lavender Lemon French 75 comprised of our new Songbird Skylark Gin, lavender simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, ch*****ne, garnished with a lemon twist.

All 6 of our locations will be serving their very own, created in house, signature Skylark cocktail…starting this week.
