We can’t speak enough about this man and his pizza. Empire coffee has become synonymous with Adriano's Pizzeria as we began our journey with similar aspirations to share real ingredients of high quality with our beloved clients.
We hope you all get to visit him in Strafford and congratulate him on his new head pizzaiolo/son Vito.

It has been amazing working alongside side this man. We can’t thank him enough for his passion and dedication. If you visit him, tell him we sent you and he may have his espresso machine warmed up for you 😂

Also, Adriano, we need more margherita pizzas… we always need more 😆

We are SO excited to share one of the top pastas in the world with Rogersville!
We are slowly bringing you some of the greatest and most sought after foods in Italy. This is not your normal pasta. This is Monograno Felicetti, a company who’s been perfecting their craft since 1908. They aren’t as old as Danesi Caffè, but we won’t hold it against them.
Their Kamut line comes from a grain with the least gluten of any flour out there. Combining this pasta with Calabrian tomatoes from Crispino? That’s an insanely great pasta.
We hope everyone will pair and try this for one of their dinners. Yes, it’s organic, and made with water from the Dolomites…

The amazing Chef Roland, and Adriano, the greatest pizzaiolo around. Just a couple legends hanging out at your favorite coffee shop. Always exciting to sit down and chat. Espresso for Adriano, and earl gray tea for the chef… of course Carlo is having the Carlo breve …what a surprise….
