This coffee has us looking toward India. At Ratnagiri Estate, Ashok Patre and his team are asking what specialty coffee from India can become. That curiosity has led them to experiment with fermentation, closely track the process, and keep refining how they produce their coffees.

The result is a coffee that lets us experience India through a different lens.

We’re serving India Ratnagiri Thermal-Shock as a pour-over in our cafes. Come take a seat at the bar and let us brew it for you.

London, we’re on our way.

This Saturday, our team is making the trip from Arkansas to Rosslyn London Wall, and we’re bringing a few of our favorites with us. We’ll be behind the bar from 8–2, serving an exclusive menu we put together just for our time in the UK. Come grab a coffee, meet the team, and spend part of your Saturday with us.

When Dakota travels to origin, the work isn’t simply about finding or purchasing the next lot. It’s sitting down with the people we work alongside. Catching up on their families, hearing what’s changed since the last visit, and talking about what they’re investing in, what they’re excited about, and what life looks like beyond the harvest.

Coffee may have brought us together, but the relationship has to be bigger than the transaction. That’s a part of sourcing you don’t always get to see.

Wednesday plans just got a little better.

On September 16, we’re bringing w**e, chocolate, and vinyl together at our Springdale cafe. DJ Xavier will spin from 6–9 PM while we pour w**es paired with chocolates chosen to match perfectly.
