We have been getting some questions asking if the rumors are true. Now seems like a good time to address it. Yes, it's true. This will be our final year in Colorado. Our window will close for good by December 31, 2026, possibly sooner.
After much thought and many conversations, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Richard's Ribz. This isn’t easy to say. What started as a love for good BBQ turned into so much more because of you—our customers, supporters, friends, and family.
Every order, every visit, every kind word, every recommendation, and every person who stopped by meant more to us than you probably realize. You allowed us to share something we truly love with our community, and for that, we will always be grateful.
We’ve made memories we’ll carry with us long after the smokers have cooled and the window has closed. We are incredibly proud of what we built, but even more grateful for the people who helped make it possible.
Thank you for supporting our small business. Thank you for choosing us. Thank you for believing in us. Most of all, thank you for letting us feed you and be a small part of your lives.
As we begin this next chapter, please know that we are leaving with full hearts and countless memories.
