Essex North Shore is seeking its first Marine Instructor (MI) for our Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) program! 🎖️

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a growing program dedicated to developing leadership, citizenship, discipline, and academic excellence in the next generation of cadets. The Marine Instructor will work alongside program leadership to provide classroom instruction, support co-curricular activities, mentor students, and engage with the community through service projects, competitions, camps, and special events.

This 12-month position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students while fostering a cadet-led learning environment that prepares young people for success in college, careers, military service, and community leadership.

Qualified candidates must be certified as a Marine Corps JROTC Instructor and meet Marine Corps service requirements. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
