Business is built one guest at a time.
One plate.
One conversation.
One remembered name.
One remembered preference.
Corn tortillas. Raspberry tea. A mushroom allergy. A clove allergy. A favorite chicken salad. Kale allergy. Iceberg instead, please.
We write it down.
Because sometimes the smallest detail is what tells someone: We have your specific salad builds clocked. We know if you want tap water or bottled.. lemon or not, warmed focaccia, or the corners with crispy edges. Fresh pinaapple on everything. We know you.
**You matter here.**
And that became Ansonia.
Not simply a place people visit, but a place they choose to return to.
Today was one of those Saturdays filled with familiar faces and more hugs than I could count. After a long week, I needed every one.
Tomorrow, we are closed for a reset.
And the response from our guests reminded me of something I am incredibly proud of:
We have built more than a restaurant. We have built relationships.
I didn’t inherit generations of customers or a roadmap.
I learned.
I adjusted.
I listened.
I built.
And I am still building.
Because good food may bring someone through the door.
But connection is what brings them home
Thank you for coming home, time and again. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you.
