AnJan's Eats is a locally owned and operated food trailer/business owned by Anita (An) and Janet (Jan). We cook food to order on a charcoal grill or smoker with apple wood to give it a delicious flavor that evokes good times. We specialize in a bourbon glaze that we use for our pork chops, chicken. Our apple wood comes from a local orchard, and we season our meat just right. We've done many local events like Rockford City Market and Music in the Park.
