Fall and winter are on the menu, and we just may have outdone ourselves.

Eight of the nine mains are new. A 14oz double cut pork chop on a three day brine with cranberry chutney and brown butter jus. Duck breast with pomegranate gastrique and pistachio dust. Thai coconut cod in a miso buttered panko crust. Brick chicken with preserved lemon gremolata.

The bar rebuilt itself too. Petal in the Pavement with red w**e poached pears and a spiced w**e compote rim. Pear and cardamom. A Members Only Manhattan on spiced cranberry and honeycrisp cordial.

We did not hold back. Not even a little.

Our craft cocktails have never been so flattered. ๐Ÿค

We hosted Night of the Cocktail by Abigail Pixler this past weekend as an official ArtScene stop, presented by the Rockford Area Arts Council. Paintings of the drinks on our menu, on display steps from the bar that pours them.

Thank you to Abigail, to the Arts Council, and to everyone who came to look. We would happily sit for another.
