Almost 50 applications in 24 hours.

We hosted our BD4 + The Raven hiring event and the response has been overwhelming in the best way.

When we asked applicants why they wanted to work with us, the answer was rarely about a paycheck or a schedule.

It was our culture.

Over and over, people told us they had heard great things about the atmosphere, the team, and the way we treat people.

For years we’ve heard restaurants say, “Nobody wants to work anymore.”

Maybe the better question is: Would people want to work for you?

Culture isn’t a buzzword. It’s not something you write on a wall. It’s something people experience, talk about, and share with others when you’re not in the room.

We’re grateful for every person who applied, and even more grateful for the team that has helped build a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.

That’s something worth protecting. 🧡

Join us Monday at 2:00 PM for a Hiring Event featuring both concepts.

Instead of sitting through a standard interview, you'll rotate through a series of quick conversations with managers and team members. Think speed dating, but for jobs.

It's a chance for us to get to know you, for you to get to know us, and to find the role at the place that best fits.

We're currently hiring Front of House team members:

If you’re the type of person who orders extra pepperoni on your pizza, then this weeks feature is one for you.

The Crispy Pepperoni & Egg Burger is loaded with fired pepperoni, cheddar, pickled onion, arugula, garlic aioli, grainy mustard, and a fried egg on a toasted brioche bun.

We have a feeling you’ll be thinking about this one tomorrow.

Our friends at the Raven are doing a super sweet Agave Tasting event on Wednesday! Hit them up to save your seat.

UPDATE: Event is FULL

Join us at The Raven on Wednesday, June 17 at 6:00 PM for an intimate guided tasting featuring Cinco Sentidos, one of Mexico’s most respected agave producers and a longtime favorite of Randy’s.

You’ll sample six unique agave expressions while learning about the regions, traditions, and craftsmanship behind each spirit from a special guest presenter. Complimentary chef selected bites will also be served.

Seating is limited to just 12 guests.

A $10 reservation fee is all that’s required and will be credited toward any bottle purchase that evening.

One of our favorite things about this place is getting to watch people grow.

Some of these kids started here looking for a first job. Now they’re walking across a stage and into their next chapter.

Kaylee, Owen, Aiden, Gael, Arleth, Andrew, Wyatt, Sky and Liv, we couldn’t be more proud of our BD4 graduates. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your story.

Feeling saucy?

We didn’t want to make you choose between a burger and pasta this week, so we smashed them together.

Our Chicken Parm Burger features a ground chicken patty topped with marinara, parmesan, mozzarella, alfredo pasta, spring mix, garlic aioli, and fresh basil on a toasted brioche bun.
