The Salted Caramel Pancakes bring homemade pancakes with sweet ricotta, caramel sauce, lolly pieces, and a drizzle of Nutella.

The Big Kahuna Burger stacks premium Angus beef with apple-smoked bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, mayo, grilled pineapple, Thai basil sauce, and a Fresco pickle, served with fries on the side.

Then there is the Fresco Steak Salad with spinach and arugula, NY Strip, tomato confit, blue cheese, hard-boiled egg, bacon, balsamic vinaigrette, focaccia croutons, and caramelized onions.

And because apparently choosing was not already hard enough, you can add a Fresco Juice Flight and pick three different juices to try.

The Salted Caramel Pancakes, Big Kahuna Burger, Fresco Steak Salad, and Juice Flight are making a pretty strong case for ordering something different every visit.
