Today's free tasting is from Pig Minds Brewing Co. in Machesney Park, IL. Barrel Aged Joe Daddy is their imperial stout brewed with brown sugar, molasses, and Guatemalan coffee beans from Jadabug Gourmet Coffee Roasters. It's then aged for 9 months in 25 year old Baudoinia barrels. Stop in for a free sample and take home a 22oz bottle for $14.99.

Pig Minds Brewing Co. with be there with Joe Daddy Imperial Coffee Stout, Brewed with Jadabug Guatemalan coffee, and Left Hand Brewery will be infusing a cask of their Left Hand Milk Stout with our Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee as a one time special beer for the festival!!
