Comfort food, but make it gourmet. 🔥 Our feature this week is a house-made smoked meatloaf served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes!

This feature comes with a fun backstory! Rodney, our project expediter at , is a bit of a meatloaf connoisseur. He came up with a fantastic recipe and brought it in for Chef Danielle to try. She loved it so much that she asked for the recipe and recreated it for the cafe.

This classic comfort food gets a serious upgrade in our house smoker, giving every bite a rich, savory, wood-fired flavor. It’s smoky, juicy, savory, and exactly what your lunch break needs. 🤤

We’re bringing some serious flavor with our new Southwest Chicken Pita feature. We took our smoky, house-pulled chicken, crisp corn & black bean salsa, fresh pico, and a drizzle of Southwest ranch and wrapped it in a warm, toasted pita. 🤤

Trust us, it’s the perfect mix of fresh and smoky.
