WEEKEND SPECIAL: Keng No Mai $13

Gaeng means stew and nor mai means bamboo.
It is a traditional Lao stew known for its earthy green flavors. The taste comes from the fresh bamboo shoots, yanang extract, and lots of rice paddy herb. We also added quail eggs, pumpkin, and mushrooms in our. This dish pairs great with a side of Sticky Rice $3
