Today I had the pleasure of making not 1 cake, but 2 for a friend of mine daughter’s birthday.

6 inch pandan cake / custard filling & coconut whip cream frosting.

9 inch butter cake / fresh strawberries & custard with vanilla whip cream.

I think I lost ten pounds going up & down the stairs fighting with hot temperature to keep my frosting chilled 😭

Overall, my customer was satisfied, that’s all that matters.

Whose cake am I making next..!? 🤭

Hi everyone, I would like to thank everyone for your continuous support. May was a crazy month for our family. Each day we’re trying to adjust to our new norm the best way we can.

I haven’t been baking or cooking.. Yesterday I decided to create two new flavors of our mini cakes..

Reese’s peanut butter & Oreo. Both flavors has been taste tested & approved by QC ( hahaha).

- Reese’s - Chocolate cake, peanut butter crushed Reese’s pieces filling, topped with a light whip cream frosting & crushed Reese’s pieces. $6

- Oreo- Chocolate cake, Oreo cream cheese filling, topped with an Oreo whip cream frosting. $6

If you’re in the Rockford area, I will have some available for pickup anytime tomorrow ( Thursday June 6, 2024 )
