After a couple interviews, I’ve been chosen to share my story on Clean and Thriving!!

My recovery, building Street Meats, and creating a life after addiction. ❤️

I’m excited, nervous, and grateful for the chance to share this journey. If my story helps someone believe they can rebuild and chase their dreams, it’s worth telling.

🔧⚡️ A LITTLE MAINTENANCE TLC! ⚡️🔧

Running a Street Meats isn’t always about making giant sandwiches and feeding people. 😂 Sometimes it’s getting your hands dirty and keeping all the equipment that makes the magic happen RUNNING!

The generator decided it didn’t really want to start the other day… so it was time for some TLC.

🔧 New spark plugs
🛢️ Fresh oil change
⚡️ And we’re back up and running!

Next on the list is changing the injectors to better accommodate our higher elevation.

This generator has officially crossed 700 HOURS of runtime! 😳 That’s 700 hours of powering refrigerators, freezers, grills, lights, AC, equipment and everything else it takes to keep Street Meats rolling.

People see the food truck serving food, but there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes to keep a small business moving. Preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning, ordering, prepping, bookkeeping… the list never really ends.

Take care of the equipment that takes care of your business! 💪
