Men who love to dish it out always seem shocked when the same energy comes back.
You can’t throw stones, hide your hand, and then cry victim when someone picks up the receipts.
Stand on what you said. Own your actions. Accountability isn’t an attack.

When the Tables Turn… The Victim Role Gets Real Comfortable.

It’s wild how quickly the story changes when the receipts come out.

Someone can say whatever they want. They can throw shots, push buttons, create a reaction, and then the moment you respond with THEIR OWN WORDS… suddenly YOU are the problem?

Make that make sense.

How is showing someone’s own statement back to them “weird”? How is holding someone accountable for what came out of THEIR mouth considered obsession?

The truth is, some people don’t want accountability — they want control. They want to poke the bear, but when the bear finally turns around, they want to act shocked.

You can keep trying to bait me into becoming the villain in a story you wrote… but the reaction you’re looking for isn’t coming.

Because I’m not playing the role you assigned me.

And if you’re upset that your own words are being repeated back to you… maybe the problem isn’t the person holding the mirror.

Maybe it’s what you see in it.

So please… MAN up. Stand on what you said. Own your actions. Stop running to the victim seat every time accountability shows up.

The tables don’t change people… they reveal them.

🎤 I miss when rap music made you feel something…

Before every song had to be about the same three things: 💊 *rugs, 🍑 s*x, and tearing women down.

Don’t get me wrong — hip-hop has always told real stories, but there was a time when the lyrics had purpose. When you could hear a song and feel the struggle, the hustle, the creativity, the wordplay, the message.

We had artists painting pictures with their words. Songs that made you think. Songs that made you laugh. Songs that made you want to ride around with the windows down because the beat AND the message hit different.

Now we got “Dough Roller” and a whole lot of music that feels like it’s competing to see who can say the wildest thing first. 😂

Bring back the storytelling. Bring back the clever bars. Bring back the artists who made you rewind a verse because you missed the meaning the first time.

Because hip-hop was never just noise…
It was a voice. 🎤🔥
