From the first course to the last beignet…what a night! Thank you to everyone who came out for A Night in New Orleans on Saturday!

The dining room was full, the drinks were flowing, and the energy was everything we hoped it would be!

And of course, a HUGE thank you to for bringing the flavors of New Orleans to Rock Hill and creating a menu our guests will be talking about all summer long!

Great food. Good company. And a little New Orleans spirit along the way.

Thank you to Chef Gason Nelson for sharing a little piece of New Orleans with us at The Pump House. The food was incredible, the hurricanes were flowing, and the room was filled with laughter, stories, and familiar faces.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable night.

It's always good to have a friend in the bayou.

Fresh off an incredible evening last night at Drift, Chef Gason Nelson took a moment to chat with us before his appearance at The Pump House on this Saturday, June 6.

We asked him a simple question:

“What’s one thing New Orleans taught you that has nothing to do with food?”
