A few looks at how the kitchen is coming!

We’re weeks away from opening and we couldn’t be more excited!

Couldn’t build this without people like Steph ❤️

One thing I’ve always wanted this space to be is welcoming to everybody.

Good food has a way of bringing people together no matter where they come from, and that’s exactly the kind of environment we’re creating here.

Good people.
Good food.
Good energy.

Simple as that.

Another face behind the magic — meet Kelley 🖤

There’s something special about watching everybody lock in and do what they love.

The music going.
Orders moving.
People laughing through the chaos.

That’s the side of kitchen life people don’t always get to see.

Somewhere between the pressure and the prep, the kitchen really becomes family.

Wanted to take a second to introduce some of the people helping bring this vision to life. ❤️

Meet John

One thing about a kitchen — nobody does it alone.

I’m grateful for every person that’s been part of building this space from the ground up. The long hours hit different when everybody around you believes in what’s being created.

Good food always starts with good people.

People keep asking why boxing gloves.

Because this whole journey has felt like a fight sometimes.

Fighting fear.
Fighting exhaustion.
Fighting disappointment.
Fighting the pressure that comes with wanting more for yourself.

There’s a lot that comes with building something from the ground up. Especially when you’re walking into spaces where people don’t always expect you to be the one leading the room.

But I’ve learned that confidence isn’t about being loud.
It’s about standing firm in who you are and what you bring to the table.

Every lesson, every setback, every late night helped build this version of me.

So yeah… we applying pressure now. 🥊
