Meat day, my son has a rather large pork butt, on the rotisserie. I have the Brisket on the other side. Now, I know what some of you are thinking; but I'll tell you, this Brisket will have the flop and the flavor, just no smoke ring, and the pork should pull nicely in about 12 hrs!
