🍓 _Strawberry Parfait_ 🍓 Our 3-ingredient white chocolate flavored with powdered strawberries with a layer of salted extra-dark ganache, topped with a strawberry graham cracker crumble. Berry, creamy, chocolatey layered goodness.

Check out this Blue Corn Atole White Chocolate bar from . Here at Laughing Gull Chocolates, we hate to play favorites, but we tend to love dark chocolates the best 🍫 BUT this white chocolate bar exceeded our expectations when we tried it this past year, so we had to get it on our shelves for you to try, too!

Inspired by the traditional corn masa beverage, this bar is delicate, floral, creamy. The character of the heirloom corn really shines 🌽 And that color! 😍 Opening up this bar is a treat from start to finish, and that’s before you even take a bite!

Lapsang Souchong is a black tea dried over pine smoke, imparting a smoky flavor to the tea. We infused our cocoa butter with loose leaf from and blended into a 72% dark chocolate to create this one-of-a-kind smoked chocolate bite.

Luisa Abram is a woman-owned chocolate company that we love! Their chocolates are made from wild cacao that grows in the Amazon. 🌴Wild cacao is just what it sounds like: it grows wild in the forest, like how we may find wild berries growing here in upstate NY. It is not farmed, but foraged.

This wild cacao has an ultra-unique flavor profile. PLUS, this Jambu Flower bar incorporates another native Amazonian ingredient that gives this bar a mouth-numbing, tingling effect. 😜

Refreshing cacao waters are back, just in time for the summer heat 🕶️

After cacao pods are harvested, the beans and fruit are separated from the shell of the pod and fermented. The juice that runs off the beans is often a waste product :scream: – but it is way too good to waste!! rescues the cacao fruit and creates these hydrating beverages (and other yummy products).

It doesn’t taste like chocolate – it’s tropical, pineapply and citrusy. Come try one for yourself this summer!
