And just like that... festival season is officially over!

A huge shoutout to the amazing organizers of the Irondequoit Arts and Music Festival for bringing such a wonderful event to our town! What a fantastic way to celebrate our community, enjoy some great music and squeeze in one last summer celebration before back-to-school season kicks into high gear.

Thank you for everyone who visited our stand and stopped at Polska Chata!!!

Good morning from Polska Chata LLC!

I needed to take a break yesterday from social media, but my staff told me about all of the nice comments left by you guys, so I just wanted to tell you all- thank you so very much for coming in our defense. You truly do not understand how much it meant for us. And moving on, if you ever feel uncomfortable at Polska Chata, please let us know right away We want EVERYONE to feel welcome.

Because of everything going on the past few days... we forgot to mention that today is the Irondequoit Arts & Music Festival! Polska Chata will be open with our regular hours, but we will also be running a stand at the Festival, serving freshly made potato pancakes, stuffed cabbages, deep fried pierogi, and fries! Visit us and every other vendor, and don't forget to check out our town's gems, like The House of Guitars, The Ugly Unicorn (my personal favorite), I-Square, and more!

We were recently tagged in multiple comments, claiming that our business is racist and inherently hateful due to comments a family member has been sharing online. He is not affiliated with our business and NEVER was our employee, and we DEFINITELY do not share these views. We came to the United States as immigrants, and we understand the hate someone can receive for simply having a different accent, different culture, etc., and we would never hold these hateful views. There is nothing we can do about what people post online, we can only stand behind our beliefs, and there is no hate in any of them.
