Thank you for looking at my albums--cake decorating is an obsession for me that started about 16 years ago when my children were small. I was the baker for The Long Pond Family Restaurant for about 4 1/2 years before opening my own place and was encouraged by all the positive feedback from the diners! ly become friends! I try very hard to make every cake fresh, delicious and custom made for the person of honor at your party. My favorite compliment is when someone writes to me after their party and says "People who never eat cake had 2 pieces!" I think folks today are so used to having party cakes from big box stores that they have forgotten how good they taste when they are fresh. There is a huge difference in quality and do you really end up saving any money by buying from bulk stores if no one actually eats the cake? If you're going to spend the money and the calories--shouldn't you enjoy every bite?

First, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to The Strawberry Festival last night!!! Between the ticket sales at the door and the volunteers there were well over 300 people supporting the Greece Historical Society. It was a really fun event despite the rain and cold!! I love this Greece community so much!!

Second, THANK YOU for an extremely busy Father's Day weekend! We called it Thanksgiving in June, there were so many pies going out!! The cases were completely empty when we came in this morning! I love a sell out day!!

Third, we are restocking the cases now so if you'd like something for today, give us a call! 621-1515

Fourth, this weekend is Graduation Weekend for the High Schools in Greece and elsewhere. If you would like a grad cake to celebrate, we will be taking a limited number of orders for this weekend with simple decor and writing. I am booked for more involved decorated cakes tho.

Fifth, we are taking orders for 4th of July weekend. We will be closed the 4th-the 7th but orders can be picked up on the 3rd.

The Strawberry Festival IS ON!!! Tonight from 4-7 at the Greece Town Hall Pavillion! We're not gonna let a few raindrops ruin a good time, are we?

This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for our Greece Historical Society and they need us to show up and show our support for all the hard work they do all year long keeping Greece history alive! Come on down, talk with your neighbors, have some dessert samples from local businesses and have a great time!

We have refilled the pie and cake cases and all your faves are in there! Strawberry Pies, Lemon Cream Pies, Chocolate Cream Pies, Cannoli Cakes and more! We're open until 1:00 today! 621-1515

When I told my dad I was opening a bakery, he was worried for me. He said "Who buys desserts?" Mom and I laughed and said "Not you, because you have US! " He was very proud of what I built in that little 500 square foot building on Dewey Ave. When i moved to Long Pond Road, he'd come and have coffee with me and schmooz with the customers that came in while he was there. I loved that. Dad passed years ago and I miss him everyday.

With my mom and dad in my heart, I have cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more to share with your dad.

Come in and get dad a dessert to share. These moments are what life is all about.
