She began her career as the Executive Chef at the India House in Rochester, NY, where she shared her passion for food for 20 years. The new Raj Mahal is located next to Spice Bazaar, which is the largest Indian grocery store in the area, operated by her brother and family. Ruby also was instrumental in introducing Authentic Indian food in Pittsford Wegman's and subsequently to other locations. We are delighted to have you as our guest and appreciate your patronage.
