Serves 8–12 with pit-roasted turkey, homemade gravy, Cooter’s Mama’s Cornbread Stuffing, whipped sweet potatoes and two homemade pies.

Serves 3–5 with all the fixin’s and one homemade pie.

We’re heartbroken to share the passing of our longtime friend and Dino family member, Hops.

Hops was part of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que for many years, and it’s hard to put into words just how much he meant to all of us. He was part of the people, stories, and memories that made Dino what it is today.

We’ll miss him greatly and are sending all our love to his family, friends, and everyone who had the chance to know him.

A memorial for Hops will be held on September 10 from 5–9 PM upstairs at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Rochester. Appetizers will be provided with a cash bar available. We welcome everyone who knew and loved Hops to join us as we come together to remember him and celebrate his life.

Rest easy, Hops. You’ll always be part of the Dino family.
