Christmas may have arrived early at the roastery! 🎁☕️

We’re so excited to finally welcome our new Proaster 프로스터 , shipped all the way from Korea. This upgrade will allow us to double our roasting capacity as we continue bringing more Joe Bean coffee to people across the country.

With our coffee heading to the shelves of more than six new grocery stores, this new roaster could not have arrived at a better time. We’re incredibly grateful for the growth and support that made this possible, and we truly cannot wait to see what 2027 has in store!

This time of year is especially meaningful to us because many of our producer partners are beginning their harvests, working toward another season of exceptional coffee. Their dedication is where every great cup begins, and we’re celebrating by giving one lucky winner a full year of our coffee subscription!

When he isn’t roasting incredible coffee for all of us to enjoy, he’s training for some seriously challenging competitions. We’re constantly amazed by the talent, dedication, and drive of the people on our coffee team, both inside and outside the roastery.

Our popular in-person Espresso and Espresso & Milk classes are back! ☕️

Beginning this fall, we’re offering a full lineup of hands-on classes designed to help you build your skills and brew better coffee at home. With classes scheduled throughout the fall and into early 2027, they also make a great holiday gift for the coffee lover in your life.

Each class is taught by certified Coffee Q Grader Collin Bay of First Crack Coffee . Class sizes are intentionally kept small, giving everyone plenty of time for questions, practice, and individual instruction.
